Job Description:

Strategic planning and leadership: Create strategies and develop them to maintain business goals, also, identify market opportunities and provide direction to members of management team and supervisors. Accomplishes department objectives by leading its supervisory staff and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation. Accountable for ensuring continuity of services for the organization through planning, leadership, and projects coordination. Evaluate construction costs for fiber optic infrastructure expansion (internal and external customers). Operations Management: Manage daily operations, oversee installations/maintenance/field service, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high networks performance and uptime. Also, you will need to integrate with Network Operating Center management for decisions on establishing future locations for the offsite network equipment and construction of infrastructure. As part of the service the organization provides you will need to see for the equipment needed, outages, and field services required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field.
  • · Bilingual- English/Spanish
  • · Proven management experience (6+years) in telecommunications, or related tech environments.
  • · Having technical experience in internet technologies, hardware/software will be a plus
